Lack of Communication

Contract came to an end however i was not informed that i would need to give a 30 day notice to cancel a contract that ended. Had to pay for the month after my contract ended. This is a sneaky and dishonest way to get people to pay. I was told that the 30 day notice was in the contract but who remembers every single detail that was in the initial contract. None of this was communicated except for the R2000 cancellation fee should you cancel before the contract has ended. How is the 30 days notice period to cancel not important to mention. My friend goes to another Body20 and she was told that she can stay on a month to month basis. None of this was mentioned to me. Really disappointed with this body20 service. I really do think that communication is key if want a successful business and keep your clients. Apart from today's message for payment due I have not received any communication from Body20 since 13 July. Definitely wont be going back to BODY20 CEDAR SQUARE or even recommend it to any friends or family.
