Body20 Durbanville - shocking service!!!

My contract with Body20 Durbanville started on 1 November. On 19 November I sent an email to the Durbanville branch explaining that I would like to cancel the contract. With any contract there is a 30 day cool-off period since inception. It took 3 days for them to respond. I was just told that they can’t freeze it and if I want to cancel, there would be a fee. The contract was signed on ONE page only. NONE of the other pages were initialed nor explained to me, especially with regards to cancellation of the contract or even the General Indemnity. The fact that it was not signed is proof that it was not explained to me.

a) No mention of the process of cancellation (i.e. to whom the request must be sent) b) No mention of what the cancellation fee is.

The fact that not each page was initialed, is proof that none of this was explained to me. They have subsequently handed me over. I have contacted the Credit company as well as Body 20 Head Office - no one bothers to respond. They are STILL trying to debit my account - 7 months later (initially it was a 6 month contract).
