Body20 debit order *******

My friends awful experience with this dishonest company. They refused to refund her more than R20k that they continued debiting after she canceled and they refuse to refund her. What a dishonest, unprofessional operation.

Staff were great however my husband and I canceled our contract due to time constraints. with every intention to return in the future.

Body20 debited my account for a further 8months at R4000 a month and their accounts dept was impossible to get a hold off.

Sadly the owners of the company were beyond rude and unhelpful and plain down refused to refund me.

My attorney asked for the contact which clearly states one month notice to cancel which I did via email and the arrogance from Body20 in their reply was surely disappointing and highly unprofessional
