WORST GYM EVER

So after being transferred to Kimberley ( Northern Cape ) i email my gym to cancel my contract i fill in all the paper work and they come back to me charging me a R1600 cancellation fee for a remaining 6 months , which i refuse to pay because the transfer is out of my control i am not going to give up a good job just to keep a gymming contract after back and forth emails and many a talks with lawyers . We come to the conclusion that i am indeed right i contact body quest and they drop the price by R150 . They calculate this on a discount they say they had given me which i never received ( We can Charge the clients what ever amount we want because no one will complain as we are the only Gym here ) is what i was told i agreed to a R300 a month fee and paid a joining fee clearly stated on my contract . and then they tell me i did not and that is why my cancellation fee is so hi . which i dont believe they are money grabbers failing to deliver on their promises of a HOT pool clean and neat facilities and good instructors almost all the equipment is broken pool is dirty and ice cold and the trainer is a elderly overweight bald man who stands around doing nothing
