Best gym in the Pretoria East region by FAR!

It’s a small, private sized gym with loads of old school (better quality) and new equipment. One piece was even used by Arnold Schwarzenegger himself back in the day.

The staff are extremely friendly and it also prides itself in being a judgement-free zone for those who are more self-conscious.

The hygiene is top notch and it’s also not too busy, which for me is a plus when working out, as I don’t like the hustle and bustle and queues all the new gyms are known for.

It genuinely is for people who are serious about their gym routine and don’t want to fool around. The use of two machines at once is prohibited in order to make the gym fully functional for everyone.

The rules are straightforward and sensible.
