Wrong calculations for cancellation fee

Last year October 2016 i joined bodyLab and signed 1 year contract. However this year June i decided to cancel my contract because i was no longer going to the gym and i moved out of germiston. When i received my cancellation fee it stated that i need to pay R1600. 00 as my cancellation fee. I wàs so shocked because i knew am only left with 4 months for my contract to end, so how can i owe that much. I emailed bodyLab and i told them there must be a mistake. They rep**** my email after 6 days and told me it was a mistake. They loaded my contract as 2 years instead of 1 year, They will forward the correct cancellation amount. When i received the second cancellation fee, it was still incorrect. The cancellation report it showed that i owe R1300. I asked them to show me how they came to R 1300.00 . they never came back to me. According to me i was suppose to pay R 300. 250 X 4 months = 1000 ×30% cancellation fee = 300. However when they loaded my contract for two years they were not debiting the agreed amount instead they were debiting R200 instead of R250. However i agreed to pay the difference of 50. Which they didnt debit for the past 8 months. Even in that case it was not my fault but i took ownership and accountability and paid the R300 cancellation fee plus the R400 the erreas. The next thing i receive is a confirmation from my bank stating that a debit order of R250 has been taken out by bodyLab. I was so shocked because i have already paid their debt. I went ro the bank and reverse the debit order. On monday 7th of August i receive an sms stating that i have been handed over by bodyLab to benneth and associates ITC listing, garnish sumons to employer by sheriff with legal cost. Phone Agnes ********** 43 ref no 003/G403792. I decided to call aGness. She told me that i owe R650. I asked her to explain to me why owe R 650.00 because i have paid. She told me i only paid R700 not R 1300. I asked her to explain the calculations, she failed to do so. I am really disappointed how can they hand a customer over if client is disputing the oustanding amount and failing to show me the calculations. I am so dissapointedon how businesses like bodlab operates. What i know is that i deserve some explanations but bodylab and bennett and associates are failing to do so.
