Unprofessional manager
<p>My husband was injured at Bodylab witbank branch and instead of the Manager apologising they terminated our contract </p>

The above mentioned matter refers.
Body Lab Gym and Aerobics wishes to confirm there was an incident on the 08th of February 2017 at our Witbank Branch that involved a Mr. S B Tembe.
After inspection and consultation with various parties involved the following became apparent:
Mr. Tembe was abusing the relevant piece of equipment, so much so that it fell over.
When staff attended to the incident Mr. Tembe became aggressive and abusive towards our staff members in front of other members.
Body Lab Gym and Aerobics as an employer and service provider is obligated to protect its staff members and client’s from conduct that is deemed unacceptable.

How sure that my husband was abusing the machine ???
Does the machine in have a manual attached that demonstrates how it must be used???
Before termination of our contract did you do investigation on both parties (Tembe and Manager) or you just took the Managers side without investigating the other side. ???
