Unknown bill

There was people from body lab gym at sammy marks registering people,which i was one of those people.They gave us incorrect information telling us that if you sign up you going to get 15 days free to use their services .As i remember it was the end of January on the15th of February i got a messege saying that R200 was withdrawn from my account and on March the same thing happened.Then i sent a messege to Andrew telling him about the matter,he told me to send him my ID number and my comtract number which i did not have and sent my ID no. after that Andrew didnt reply me anymore.Then got a messege saying dat i owe R600 and on friday got a messege say dat my account has been moved to Beanett & Associate and i must call Thabo on friday afternoon i called the gym and there was no one answering the phone.Body lab gym is poor service and unprofessional
