Unfairly Listed.

Sometime late last year 2014 I had an interest of joining gym. and I bumped into Body Lab members recruiting at Sammy Marks square. I was told that if i join their gym, the first month will be free and my membership will only be activated once I go to gym for the first time. Due to some reasons I had to relocate to Polokwane during that period and I wanted that application cancelled. I started receiving smses that i should make gym payments with relevant details and how i can get hold of them. Unfortunately the number they provided was not working at all. I made time and went straight to the gym to get a clear explanation to all this but the person that i got there wasn't so helpful, He just made me write a letter of complaint and tell me they'll get back to me in a day or two of which they never did. at some point in time i made a few payments because i was told that legal actions would be taken against me if i do not cooperate with them. I don't get it why do I have to pay for something that I don't use at all after I got recruited with false information?! John from Bennett's and associates calls me every month demanding the money and i'm tired of all this now.
