their consultant give you false information that is not on the contract and they don't even give you a chance to read a contract you sign.

I met their consultant at the mall, I've always wanted to go to a gym but didn't know if I can afford. so they told me that I can get the service that is affordable. they told me that I can gym while some one is looking after the kids. so everytime I went there I was given all sorts of stories about that person who looks after the kids. I have went there to excise once as the kids were left home with their dad. now they handed me to the lawyers for collections. I feel that they gave false information, and their manager is always not available when you want to speak to him. but he will make all sorts of promises on the phone.
