Termination of Account

I went to do an enquiry with my wife on the membership options at Body Lab. My biggest concern was the cancellation terms if I wasn't happy, the sales representative told me that Body Labis unlike any other gym there are no cancellation fees. My wife and I decided to join, but a week later a friend of mine told me I was fed false information. Immediately i went to the same Kempton Park branch to cancel our memberships. To my surprise, I haven't used any of their facilities but am expected to pay the full annual fee. This is the reason the CPA was created, false information from sales people who are chasing targets and we are forced to pay for that. Now Body Lab has listed me on ICT. Beware on Gym memberships since we are all chasing that healthy lifestyle.
