Selling Gym to student

i just recently find out that my mother have been paying Gym account for my brother after he specifically told the gym agent that he changed his banking account and they failed to change the debiting account to the new one. <br> One thing i saw in his account they wrote he works at PC training, not studing but he works there, meaning a student who doesnt have any set of an income can sometime have money and sometime they can provided who is giving them the money. This has led to his account taken to debt collectors who started handling his account, no communication was said what so-ever in the contract regarding if one miss gym for 2 months we will take you to the debt collectors.<br> <br> This is unacceptable sales behaviour to sell something to student who deosnt not know what it means if something is legally bidning to you or not at the end of th day the very same people who sold you this does not explain the financial implication.My mother hav been paying this since 2013 meaning 3 years later she is still paying the same thing which could have been resolved if the very people who sold me this have communicated with thier clients this. <br> ITS TIME BODY LAB STOP GAINING CLIENT THIS WAY
