Literally the **** of the earth!! Biggest ******** ever. I am so disgusted by the ways. I signed up for a 12 month contract end of Feb 2020 and only used the gym for March 2020 and lockdown happened. They asked I not reverse payments so the staff can get paid, which I was fine with. Sept 2020 the gym branch has closed, I'm still being debited and no one has told me the gym closed. My contract ends early 2021. Do I not receive a statement in April 2022 saying I owe gym fees for the rest of 2021, maintenance fees and I'm being charged for calls and SMS texts I never even received?? I am absolutely shook. Then the amounts change and my emails get ignored. Only to get another bill, with more lies of calls I never received. I wonder if it's possible to get together with everyone who has been ****med by this gym and opening a case against them.
