I meet the sales people on the 14 January 2018 selling their products telling me I'd o join the 1st month is free as once I enter the second month if I want to cancel the would be penalty of 30% that I have to pay but on the 1st free mouth o can cancel at anytime the won't be any penalty . due to some personal issues I called in and told them want to cancel the gym I spoke to Prudence who told me to right an Email which I did that was on the 36 January 2018. I got a reply from Evelyn who deals with the account on her report she attached a statement that I have to pay 30% I called in and spoke to her which was on the 29 January 2018 o told her that according to what was sold to me is that the 1month is for free and she told me the was no promotion on a free month that's when o requested on where can I report my problem she gave me a number for Andrew. I did call Andrew and told him about the the promotion that was sold to me he told me to send him an Email and promised to come back to me today which he never did .I called him several times without him answering his phone
