<p> I went to Body Lab to only gym for one month, which is a cash option, on arrival i was told that they do not offer a month contract and she duped me into signing a 12 month contract which i realized on the way to go into the club.I then raised my concerns and they stated they will cancel of the contract. 5 months later there is a debit from my account and now i they are threatening to take legal action on me. I sent numerous emails to Andrew to no avail and contacted him as well.</p>
The complainant’s version that Body Lab does not offer a one month contract cannot be correct as the contract clearly indicates that option.
The complainant signed a twelve (12) month contract including a debit order instruction for the same period.
If the complainant avers cancellation the complainant must please provide a copy of his written served notice of cancellation in terms of the Consumer Protection Act as these offices are not in possession of such a cancellation.
