Rude Amanda

I was a member of Body Lab gym from 2016 till August 2016. When I cancelled in August I was told that I need to pay R2000 for my outstanding account, they then charged me another R700 based on interest. Throughout this experience of paying a lady by the name of Amanda has been tormenting me and now she says she will charge me an extra R100 for every call I MAKE TO THE CALL CENTRE CAUSE SHE CLAIMS THAT NOT EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS FREE. IS that how we rate good service these days? I even have receipts/proof of payments to show that I just paid the final outstanding balance of R80. But now Amanda wants to add R460 cause I took the time to call her. I even have recordings of her bad tone towards me.
