Response, Investigation

<br> So after waiting on a response, after making this complaint I've just received and email practically telling me that it was my fault by a Rinda Marais, now what is appalling is that they have no proof but still opted to go with the story I assume as told by the receptionist in question for this complaint. very smart from your part but not much thought was given to this response. luckily I've paid my cancellation fee and all I have to say is, if you are looking for a GYM to join and spend your hard earned money on simply avoid BODY LAB GYM all the rumours about them are true.
