Poor service and covid-19 non compliance

Bodylab KEMPTON park is one of unhygienic gyms that I've never seen,they sell dream to people, they sont adhere to all covid -19 rules(eg: mats cleaning,aerobics class social marking distancing,no monitoring of how many people attend the class,no sanitizers in the bathrooms). Their equipment is old and most of it doesn't function, while members are being billed maintenance fee twice a year of which I don't even understand what it is for since they are not maintaining anything. The manager called Rinier is rude and arrogant.
