Poor conditions

I've been the member of body lab gym since April 2014 and I'm realy not happy with the services I get, equipment is always faulty and sometimes there is no water and i believe that is the health hazard, the don't explain the contract so people can understand as I never been told that I am sopposed to pay R149 twice a year for equipment and I really think even the R200 that I am paying is way too much for the service that i get. the steamroom is always faulty as well and even the showers are not hygeinic enough.
