Hello malefo1077,

After this matter has been investigated it has been confirmed that the contracting party indeed signed a legally binding contract and the contracting party went further to register a debit order using his own bank details and his own PIN number.

The contracting party did not exercise his right in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.

The contracting party has defaulted on various occasions.

Kind Regards

Best regards,

RP
