No communication for account being in arrears

Bodylab suddenly hands over my little brother's account to the lawyers without any notice. As far as my brother is concerned, he was up to date with his payments. Suddenly baam, an sms on 23 Feb 2018 from the lawyers about a payment for Feb 2017. So the entire 2017 he was going in & out of the gym and no issues. And how ironic is it that he would decide to pay for all these months and choose to skip this one. Body lab is very unprofessional, stay away from them if you don't want unnecessary stresses and blacklisting.
