Misleading promoters
<p>I owe Body Lab yet i dont go to their Gym and i have never set my foot in their gym. Their promoters mislead most of the people including me about the way they operate. I cant afford to pay for something i dont do. how can i dispute their claim?</p>

The above mentioned matter refers.
The complainant signed a contract with Body Lab Gym and Aerobics on the 06/08/2015.
The complainant went further and registered a debit order using her own bank details including her own PIN number.
The complainant defaulted.
The complainant also did not make use of her rights in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
This matter has been escalated to a litigation level.

I signed on the basis of the 3 month free trial but i never went to the gym and the promoters told me that if i dont go for that 3 months free trial there's no need to go to the Gym and cancel as it will show that i am not interested. As for my bank pin i never give it to them i only wrote my account number on the paper you call a contract and it is the ***** business you run because the debit never notifty i only find out about the debit when i went to the bank to take my statement, if not ***** why not show any notice whereas other debit that are debiting lower amount notify me?. Stop misleading people with the 3months free trial.

The complainant went further and registered a debit order using her own bank details including her own PIN number for a payment of R200.00 per month for a period of 24 months.
