**** to and being threatened
<p>I am a student and in 2015 (I had just finished matric) I was *****ed into joining Bodylab gym in Germiston promising a the first month free and a free T-shirt and that I could cancel it anytime I could. I go to school in durban, so I mentioned this to the consultant and he said its ok, I can cancel my membership in one of the bodylab gyms in durban.</p> <p>For the past year, R200 has been debited from my account and as a student, I could not keep up so now I received a sms after 7 days of when the debit order should have come through saying that I owe them R349 and legal action wil be taken if I don't pay it. I need some advice on what I should do because I understand that nothing can be done about the monthly payments since I signed a contract but now I'm getting threatening messages and the money is increasing and I don't know what to do. Help!</p>

The abovementioned matter refers.
The Complainant signed a contract with Body Lab Gym and Aerobics on the 02nd of April 2015.
The Complainant registered a debit order using her own bank details and her own PIN number.
The Complainant has not exercised her right to cancel her contract in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
