<p>Body Lab gym in Pretoria gives their consultants gym contracts to make people sign in the street without reviewing the contract and telling them it is just a form and you won't be a member. The next thing money is coming out of your account and they sending you sms's that you need to pay them, they are deceiving young university students and they should be reviewed on their tactics... it is wrong and *******. </p> <p>I am one of the people who were fell for this ****.</p>

The complainant signed a contract on the 28/03/2012.
The complainant then went further and registered a debit order with his banking service provider using his own bank details and his own PIN number.
Due to the complainant’s persistent default the complainant was handed over for collection / litigation purposes.
The complainant has made payment towards his outstanding debt.
