Met with a body lab sales person in town, I was keep to join the gym and I asked them a couple of questions. I told the guy that I would join as soon as I get a job. He insisted that I sign the papers so it would be easy when I go there. I told him I didn't want anything to be processed until I give them a go ahead. And he said he wouldn't. 2 weeks later, I received an SMS saying I should pay. I went back to him he said I must ignore it. The following month I got another one, I called in the Durban branch and they gave me another number to call. I called and they told me I need to send an affidavit stating that I didn't want the contract. And I should send anything that has my signature with it. I did that, no response after that. I sent an email asking about the progress of my quiry I got no response. Yesterday I got an SMS from them saying my id has been handed over to ITC. What ****es me off is that I've told these people time and time again that I'm looking for a job in a bank industry and I need to have a clean record. I need this thing resolved quickly. And the guy when I went to him he said he told them not to process the application. I never said I wanted a 24 months contract I made that clear.
