I got stopped by one of the agents from body lab at golden walk mall in Germiston.
They said I was getting a free T-shirt I must sign to indicate that they did speak to me.
They said I should provide my identity documents to prove that I am the owner and the rightful person but after all that they said I should collect the T-shirt at their gym I then said no I will not be able to go there.
To my surprise at the end of the month they tried to debit from my account when I called them to enquire they told me that I signed a membership which I was not told about.
Now they have blacklisted me whereas I have never even been to that gym nor received the T-shirt.

The complainant signed the contract with the service provider on the 09/0/2016.
The complainant cancelled the said contract on the 02/09/2016.
The cancellation was processed in terms of the Consumer Protection Act but the complainant failed to make payment towards her relevant cancellation penalty.
As such the complainant was handed over for the collection / litigation purposes.
