Body Lab Gym is a ****!!!

I had a 12 month contract with Body lab gym which ended in February this year. They sent me an sms asking if I wanted to renew the contract, I rep**** no. To my surprise, they debited again in March and then April. When I asked them about it they said if you don't give notice the contract renews itself. In what world does that happen, I asked them that who signs for the renewal and they failed to answer me, they threatened to blacklist me. I had to pay R250 to be released from that contract. How do they debit peoples account while people are at home during lock down and not using their service
