ITC default record

I was a student at University of kwazulu natal from 2012 to 2014<br> in 2014 around september i got a call from Body labs representatives telling me that i was owing them money and to my surprise i asked him how since i never joined a Gym with them and his responce was that i signed a contract with them and he sent me a copy of that contract and i looked at it after that i told them that i never signed such a cintract and that i knew nothing about body lab besides thats its a gym i asked the guy to send me the documents that were used to open the account with them ( ID and proof of residence ) which he never did and resently i was trying to purchase a car and was told that i have a defauld my main question to body lab is how do they validate clients with out proof of Identification and the account number that was written in that document is not even mine this is not cool at all and i would like for the head office to call me and explain the home affairs department is my witness that i lost my ID the year 2013 and i made a new one <br> <br> And my advice to people planning to join that gym dont
