HORRIBLE GYM EVER
THEY SENDING MESSAGES THEY GONNA BLACKLIST MY NAME, BCOZ I DIDN'T PAY OF WHICH IS A LIE AND THEY SAYING IM OWING R950 BUT I NEVER MISSED A MONTH I ASKED FOR STATEMENT THE LADY WAS ASSISTING ME SAYS MAYBE THE RECORDS ARE NOT UPDATED YET BUT IT BEEN THREE MONTHS, THESE GYM MUST BE CLOSED DOWN
The complainant signed a contract with the service provider on 05/06/2017.
On the 19/06/2017 the complainant requested in writing to amend the payment method from a debit order to a cash payment.
Thereafter the complainant persistently defaulted and as such was handed over for debt collection / litigation purposes.
