harassed by Bennett and associates

I am being harassed by bennett and associates. they say i owe you payments for December 2020, whereas i cancelled my membership in time and i have proof that says my last deduction will be in September 2020.

October and November there were still deductions in my account, which I never reversed. meaning you owe me money for those two months.

please rectifying this. I cannot get blacklisted due to false information
