<p>on the 30th august 2016 i received a letter from vertex solutions informing me that they act aon behalf of body lab gym and aerobics account. they further stated that i owe the gym R6131,59. on the 16th of september 2016 they send another letter of notice of payment stating that i have to setlle for the amount with full arrears. on the 06th of october 2016 they send me another letter as follow up notice of none payment. i contacted them and they asked me to write an affidavit at the nearest SAPS with 10 signature on the affidavit. i emailed it to vertex solution and they said that they will make a follow up but the response is always negative and forcing me to pay. i requested a contract in order to verify the details. the names and surname together with the ID nimber are correct. the contact details and the next of kin are all wrong. the branch name for my bank account is wrong. the signature on the contact is wrong. because it is just my initials and the first letter of my surname. vertex solution ref: BLG- ********** 17 and 001/A336409. </p> <p>i never signed any contract with body lab gym and i have proof that the signature on the contact is not mine and the contact details are not mine. kindly assist me with this *****.</p> <p> </p>
