False Advertiser and cancellations

I was stopped by a guy in Germiston telling me about Bodylab Gym and the products that they have. I told the lady that I am not interested. if I am interested I would come to the gym. she then asked for my details explaining or telling me about a free month gym promotion that body lab was promoting at the time( July 2017), I then completed the forms with her, I advised the agent that If I am interested, I will come to the gym and they can proceed with my application. I asked him if there are any cancellation fee if I am no longer interested and she advised me that there are no cancellation fee I can just call or go to the branch to cancel. A debit order that went off my account,I was unable to reverse it,am not going to pay for something that I don't use. they can check their records, cameras and they will see that I have never attended the gym ever in my life time.

Anyway after that I called them asking for cancellation they said I must write an email I did and a lady called Eliazar responded and said she will help me I must send my details on,I did send them but even today no one has ever responded,I have sent a trail on emails requiring about this but no one is acting,what must I do,I don't wanna be blacklisted for something I don't use, please help
