deceived to sign a contract

On the 27th of January 2015 I was approached by the people of body lab at the sammy marks mall /shopping centre, they told me that that they are giving away vouchers to prospective clients, they told me to fill in my details and I asked them if that was not a contract, they said no \ it is a voucher which expire after 20 days
