The complainant’s version simply cannot be true.
The contract signed between the parties has as its opening communication a heading that reads (printed in bold) “THIS IS A CONTRACT.NOT A VOUCHER.NO FREE MONTH”.
The complainant read and signed off that he understand the terms and conditions of the relevant contract.
The complainant signed a debit order instruction and supp**** his verified banking details.
The complainant further signed of the information sheet explaining the cancellation process in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
The complainant never made use of his rights in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, defaulted and was handed over for collection / litigation.
