complaint about bodylab gym
I was passing by workshop in Durban, the guy told me about five days tryout of a new gym in town he made me sign a paper dat i will produce when i went to da gym. I never went to the gym so i lost the singed paper as well. Then one day a lady from bodylab foned me said i should pay gym monthly fee coz i signed joining contract with them. I asked her to cancel it for me they said i should pay R 3000 as a cancelling fee. Now um being blacklisted because i failed to pay dat amount.
The above mentioned matter refers.
The complainant signed a contract with the service provider on the 14/07/2017.
The complainant cancelled the contract and a cancellation penalty was calculates and forwarded to the complainant.
The complainant failed to pay in terms of the legislation and was handed over for the collection / litigation process.
The complainant was not R3000.00 as alleged by the complainant but far less and still the complainant failed to make payment.
