Complaint

I had a contract with body lab for a 30 day free trail. I then decided to cancel my contract so I called the company and when I did I was advised to sent a written cancellation 20 days before the debit date after free trial. So I did as instructed then after that I was charged R1700 cancellation fee which was not stated in the contract nor was I told there was a cancellation fee by the body lab employee I called. After then I was also debited even after the cancellation of contract with them. And now they have handed my account to lawyers apparently and I need to pay for the damages.
