Cancellation

<p>I cancelled my contract in January ,sent emails to bodylab southway mall requesting a cancellation letter and fee payable and followed up with calls regarding my request .i have not recieved any feedback regarding my cancellation however i keep getting sms advising me that my account is arrears whereas they still debiting my account .</p> <p> </p> <p>As per the contract i signed body lab had has not honoured the terms stipulated on the cancellation clause .why is it when its comes to sms requesting money they sent every week but account queries are never resolved .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
