BREACH OF CONTRACT

<p>I signed a contract for the debit order to be taken from my account on 7th monthly, for the first payment to be taken 07/07. Body Lab have gone and taken the month on 30/06 and again on 07/07. I have been in contact with them Evenlyn being useless and never gets back to you. They have advised that they are not able to refund my money until 01/08 and if I want the money back before I need to go to the bank and reverse the debit order. REALLY IT IS NOT MY ERROR AND MY FAULT THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN 2 PAYMENTS FROM ME. You as a company are in Breach of your contract and should give me immediate refund of the R800 taken from my account and I want this contract cancelled with Immediate effrect as well. This is TERRIBLE service and I cannot belive how this matter is being dealt with even with MANAGER ANDREW this is terrible and I am discusted. I cannot belive the mentality of this company, I have other bills to pay and need that money for my other bills. I AM FURIOUS AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO USE THIS GYM THE COMPANY HAVE NO CLUE ON HOW TO RUN THINGS AND JUST DO THEIR OWN THING. </p>
