Bodylab is a ****.

Bodylab is nothing but a bunch of ****** who are trying to **** students who come from rural areas to take membership. I singed a 12 months contract with bodylab last year during May. The contract expired this year during the same month it was signed. However, it has come to my attention that even when my contract has expired and I did not renew it but they continue to take money from my bank account. They have been doing this for three months now after my contract with them expired. I tried to consult them regarding this issue and the lady who was helping me confirmed that my last payment was supposed to be on May this year and she also had no clue why or how is it possible for them to continue taking money from my bank account without my permission. Even their workers don't know what they are doing and they can't even refer you to someone who will be able to help. They don't even give them proper training before they start working. When you sign a membership with them, they disclose some information and they tell you about specials and one month free access which are not there when you have already signed. They don't give you a chance to read the contract they as ask for your documents and fill in everything on your behalf and ask for your signature. This is ******* and unacceptable since I've tried to solve this issue and they continued with thinking that it is ok to **** students taking advantage of their situation. I'm going to gather all necessary evidence and I'm going the nearest police station to file a case again bodylab. I will also report the issue to CPA office in Durban and see how they like that.
