Body lab ****

In December 2017 I was ****med by Body lab, i met a guy at Golden walk in Germiston, he ****med me saying i can gym for free for a month , it's some sort of promotion, asking for my details and ID number saying my details are needed for me to get the voucher. The voucher was for December meaning will gym for free then in January if i like the gym i can come and sign a contract and join the gym. He convinced me to sign a yellow paper without even reading it and he wrote everything for me and he said i should sign. I have never went to the gym and i wasn't staying in Germiston since i knew it was a voucher i didn't even bother to cancel anything. January 2018 Body lab tried to take money from my account and i reversed it. In 2020 December i got a call from debt collectors saying i owe body lab R7260. 58 then i asked them to send me the contract that they i signed then they sent it, meaning the yellow paper was never the voucher they made me to sign a 2 year contract without me realizing it. I told them i not work I'm a student they said i should pay R100 monthly or i will be blacklisted.
