Body lab ****

I had a 1 year contract with Body lad, the next thing the gym was closed, no SMS sent me, email or a call just to inform me about whereabouts of the gym. They have deducted my money for a period of 12 months without me knowing the whereabouts of the gym. The last debit order went off end of February 2021. Then in July they have contacted my fiance which i had listed his contact details for Emergency, they advised him that they are looking for me which he gave them my contact details. They did not call me, the next end of July they debited my account, debited my account again end August. I have searched for their contact details, i have sent emails to enqure regarding this, but there is no response. I have called them and tge lady i spoke with advised me that my accout is with their collection department i should call them during the week as they are closed on weekends.
