Body Lab ****

I met with one of the guys that works there when I was passing the gym. He's name is Langa. He told me about the gym "promotion" that one can use the gym for tge month for free and its only on the next month they can decide to join the gym if they wanted. He asked for my details, when i asked why he said it was for the purpose to get me trainer for that free month so the trainer knows me. He even asked me which parts to focus on when i was at the gym. Wrote that down as well. So just did whatever he wanted to just leave the gym and it didnt seem as a problem because i wasnt part of the gym but just for the benefits of the promotion. I asked alot of questions regarding my details and the one answer i got was, they cant charge me for anything because i dont have my fimgerprints that makes me a member. This was the beginning of September 2015. I got an sms from them at the beginning of October tellinh me to pay for September. I went to the gym and asked them why should i pay when i didnt sign up or wasnt a member and also i didnt even part take on their promotion. They told that i should go to their manager. I went to him and explained everything to him. He said the sms was a mistake but i should pay for the other months. I asked why i should pay since i wasnt a member and he told me that the guy that was talking to me signed me up and i now have to pay 30% of (200×24). I didnt understand what was happening. The lady at the reception made me write out some form and told me word to word as ti what i should write as it was what students having the same problem i was having had to write which was how i should pay the 30%.

I didnt pay anything for sometime until i got a call from some lady telling me she was calling on behalf of Body lab. She instructed me to pay the money otherwise she was gonna blacklist me. In fear of getting blacklisted i started paying R100 every month. A few months later i stopped because it was too much for me as i had no sort of income or whatsoever. The lady kept calling me telling me i will get blacklisted and said i can pay any amount as long as they receive money from me. So i paid R20 for a few months and on August i stopped. Normally they sent me sms but after i stopped paying they also stopped sending me sms.
