Body lab gym is robbing people

Body lab gym is robbing people I signed the contract with body lab on the 09.09.2020 for 12 months, on the 06.09.2020 i sent them a notice not to renew my contract and was told that i will be liable for September payments which is fair, come October they debited money from my account claiming ii as cancelation fee whereas i did not cancel my contract came to an end and did not want to renew it. Body lab i need my money back
