body lab entered me into a contract that i dont know
they say there is proof their sales rep told me i am invited to come to the gym for a week then i can decide wheather i want to gym or not the next thing they tell me that i owe them instalments for what?
The above mentioned matter refers.
The complainant signed the contract on no less than six (6) occasions.
The complainant further registered a debit order with his banking service provider using his own bank details as well as his own PIN number.
The complainant cannot deny that a legally binding contract is in place.
The complainant defaulted and as such was handed over for collection / litigation purposes.
The complainant did not exercise his rights in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
