Body lab broke all lockers lost my belongings

In September 2015 I joined gym with Body lab kempton park, I was assisted by white gentle man he showed me the gym and I was interested he even told me There's lockers available I just need to bring my pad lock! All went well since then, The last time I went to the gym was Wednesday and Today this Morning around 7:40 I went to the gym as usual when I got there I was found that the locker that I had left my gym was broken! I went to the person in charge of the gym her name is GLADYS, she told they broke all the lockers, she gave them few refuse bags to check my belongings couldn't find my gym, I asked the Lady the lady what's the next step she told me straight that (le rena rea tenants in sotho language and we making the lockers our wardrobe! She said if we can't find it then I lost it, it's not their problem! I mean what kind of service is this, I don't come to the gym for one day And my gym bag is gone! I'm so disappointed and angry! All my gym staff was in the bag!
