Please cancel this contract with immediate effect;

• On the Saturday the 28 February 2020 at Kempton park square around 11:00 while me and my sister were doing shopping the lady by the name Nikelwa from body lab stopped us, telling us about the 1 month free promotion at Body lab. Then I was so interested and she gave a piece of paper to sign. I only put one signature on the far right hand sight at end of the paper, because Nikelwa from Bodylab member told me that I am signing for one month free contract and there is no need for me to worry about other sections however if after a month I happen to like their jim I can come and join. • I never went to the Body Lab jim even ones and no communication was received from them since that day. • I asked why do you want my ID and Baking details and she said she wants to check affordability in case I change my mind and want to join after a month. • Then I told her that I don’t want to join a jim now as am not affording due to my other commitments and she said this is a free promotion and it is not a binder that I need to join the Jim,. • I am surprised now I receiving the calls that am owing Body lab. And all the signatures on the contract are ****.

I hope you will find all in order.

Otherwise I will consult my lawyer’s because this is ***** business.
