Angry customer

I signed a contract with Bodylab in June 2019,so I had expected that my contract has ended to my surprise they just debited twice. When I called them they told me they have handed over my case, for what reason I don't know they transferred the call to whoever that person is telling me that my account is still active and I am owing them money they extended my contract without my knowledge they telling me that an sms was sent to me informing that, I never signed anything that I agree with what they said the sent me. So I'm asking them a couple of questions they can't even answer, what kind of a service is that
