Worst Decision Ever!!!!

I bought Body Glove (pop in ear headphones) on 29/03/2018 and they only worked for 2 months and I reported the matter. Someone contacted me, making all kinds of false promises, telling me how much they stand behind their product and I would be contacted to resolve the issue (that was towards the end of May 2018) and I am yet to get that call. I did manage to get refunded (get a new set) from Vodacom on 24/05/2018. Guess what, on the 20th June 2018 (not even a month later) I am experiencing the same problem. The last time this happened I had to drive around to resolve this matter and yes I was given another set but no one seemed to care about my travelling costs. I am now so fed up with this issue I want it resolved and I hold Body Glove liable for this so they must do this at their own expense. I am no longer interested in getting another product from you ever again!!!
