Horrible horrible service

I canceled my membership in August and paid the cancelation fee come September 25th money was debuted from my account again November 25 money debuted called the Birch acres office which kept on saying they will tell the manager they will tell the maneger he only sent a measly email saying my membership has been canceled I called the head office they said they are moving till today I'm waiting for my refund I wud not recommend this gym to anyone they took my money and now do not wanna pay it back.
