Worst service ever!!

I have been paying my instalment almost 2 years. Never missed one!! Now trying to make a claim and can't get hold of anyone!! No answer on a call. No Wattsup response nothing. I'm not one to complain on these sites but this is the only place where i see they communicate. This is really bad service
